This National Trust for Scotland property dates back to the 19th century and achieved A-listing for its historical importance. The enchanting ground-floor property is bursting with character and history, perfect for a romantic break or for two friends to escape for a moment of peace. Step back in time as you enter this wonderful cottage, soaking up the traditional interior, classic features and charming décor, combined with contemporary amenities for your self-catered stay. Take a seat next to the crackling woodburning stove in the intimate setting of the sitting room, decorated with wooden flooring and a sloped ceiling, as you catch up with your loved ones over a cup of tea, or lose yourself in a captivating novel during a rainy afternoon.

Dining experiences can be enjoyed in this peaceful spot at the delightful dining table, or choose to use it as a space for an exciting night of board games. Prepare all your meals in the modest yet amply equipped kitchen, fitted with all the necessary amenities for a week-long stay. The village of Uig can be found just a short car journey away, boasting two local shops and pubs where you can stop for a quick shop and some tasty pub food, there’s also two charming independent businesses to visit, including Uig Pottery and Skye Brewery.
